Everything you need to know about logging in to games999
Logging in to games999 every day isn't just about accessing your account — it's about starting a session in your gaming world. Once you're in, where you go, how long you stay, and what you play is entirely up to you. games999 simply makes sure that getting in is fast, secure, and hassle-free.
Logging in with a mobile number is more convenient in Bangladesh because most members registered with their bKash or Nagad number — making it easy to remember. Email works exactly the same way. Either option gives you the same login speed and security.
Forgot your password?
Resetting your password on games999 is simple. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, then enter the mobile number or email you used to register. An OTP or reset link will be sent to you — use it to set a new password.
Take care when choosing a new password. Avoid anything easy to guess — like your date of birth, "123456", or your own name. A password that combines at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character is significantly more secure.
Is logging in on the mobile app any different?
Logging into games999 on the mobile app works the same way as the website — use your usual username and password. The app also supports biometric login, so you can sign in with your fingerprint or Face ID if your device supports it.
Enable "Remember Login" in the app and you won't need to enter your password every time — just open the app and you'll go straight to your dashboard. That said, if there's any chance someone else could access your phone, it's worth keeping 2FA turned on.
Can I be logged in on multiple devices at the same time?
Games999 allows multiple devices to be logged into the same account simultaneously — you can be on your phone and computer at the same time. For security, however, multiple accounts cannot be logged in from the same device.
Always log out after using games999 on an unfamiliar device. Under account settings, the "Active Sessions" option lets you see which devices are currently logged in — and you can end any session remotely.
Having trouble logging in — what could be causing it?
The most common reason for a failed login is an incorrect password. Mixing up Bangla and English keyboard layouts is an easy mistake — make sure you're on the English keyboard before typing your password. Also check that Caps Lock is off, as it can cause your password to come out wrong.
Mobile numbers must start with "0" (e.g. 01712345678) — entering "1712345678" without the leading zero won't work. If you're logging in with your email, double-check the spelling is correct.
Too many failed login attempts will cause games999 to temporarily suspend login access — this is a security measure. If this happens, wait a few minutes or contact support. If nothing works after all that, games999's live chat can get you sorted straight away.
Tips to keep your login secure
Keeping your games999 account secure is a shared responsibility. Be cautious when logging in over public Wi-Fi — there's a risk of data interception on networks you don't control. Using your own mobile data is always the safest option.
Games999 will never ask for your password by email or SMS. If anyone claims to be games999 support and requests your password, it's phishing — do not share it, and report it to support@games999.biz. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
